Parliament Speaker D.Demberel has decreed that the following drafts will be taken up at the Spring session of Parliament.

3. Amendment to the 2010 budget.
4. Law on fiscal stability.
5. Tavan Tolgoi investment agreement.
6. Resolution approving the “Mongol mal (cattle)” program.
7. Amendments to the law on Parliament and Parliamentary sessions.
8. Law on participating in UN peacekeeping missions.
9. Resolution on building a copper smelter and other processing plants.
10. Resolution approving the consolidated policy on railway development strategy.
11. Laws on Parliament election and local assembly elections.
12. Resolution on sale of reserved petroleum.
13. Resolution approving the financial aspects in an education sector programme.
14. Law on the police.
15. Law on explosives and accessories.
16. Law on gender equality.
17. Resolution approving administration of the budget for 2009 and the consolidated financial report of the Government.
18. Resolution approving the budget statement.
19. Resolution approving the main guideline of economic and social development in 2011.

The order of discussion will be determined by the legislators, except
the first item on the agenda. Standing Committees and the Parliament
Secretariat will be responsible for preparation of the daily agenda.
