The International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC) is set to take place in Sydney, Australia, from October 29 to 31, 2024. This prominent annual gathering attracts influential figures across the mining industry to share insights, exchange expertise, and discuss advancements and challenges facing the sector.
This year’s IMARC will feature a “Mongolia Day” event on the opening day, dedicated to showcasing the latest policy initiatives and strategic directions of the Government of Mongolia within the mining sector. Under the theme “Investment Environment in the Mineral Resources Sector,” attendees will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts, gaining insights into Mongolia’s regulatory landscape and exploring investment prospects in the country.
The 2024 conference expects over 800 mining companies and more than 9,000 attendees from 120 countries. Central topics will include environmental sustainability, the acceleration of mining’s energy transition, the development of advanced mining projects, and the digital transformation of mining operations.
